Condition of Returned Jewelry 💎

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and in original packaging

Exceptions (Important)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized or engraved jewelry
  • Made-to-order pieces
  • Sealed items (e.g., earrings) if the seal is broken for hygiene reasons

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as you are responsible for the item until we receive it

Refunds:

  • Issued within 14 days after we receive your return or proof of shipment
  • Refunded via the original payment method

4. Damaged or Faulty Jewelry (Complaints)

Under Swedish law, you have the right to complain about faulty goods for up to 3 years.

If your jewelry is defective:

  • Contact us as soon as possible (within a reasonable time, ideally within 2 months)
  • Provide photos and a description of the issue

If the claim is valid, we will:

  • Repair the item, or
  • Replace it, or
  • Offer a refund if the issue cannot be resolved

We cover return shipping costs for approved complaints.

  • Slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur
  • Handmade or natural materials may have unique characteristics

All prices include VAT (moms) in accordance with Swedish law.

6. Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout
  • Delays may occur due to postal services or high demand
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
