We hope you are satisfied with your order, but if something is not as you expected, you have 14 days to return your goods.

If you are a consumer and have purchased a product through distance selling (for example, via our website), you have the right to cancel your purchase in accordance with Swedish consumer law.

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the product. To exercise your right of return, you must notify us of your decision within this period. After you have notified us, you must return the product no later than 14 days from the date of your notification.

The product may be opened and inspected to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function. However, the product must be returned in good condition. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for inspection.

Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking.

Once we have received and approved the returned product, a refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

This right of return is granted in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen) and does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a defective or incorrect product under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen).

Certain products may be exempt from the right of return as permitted by applicable law, such as sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Return Instructions

To return a product, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Notify Us Within 14 Days
    Inform us of your decision to return the product no later than 14 days from the date you received it. Your notification may be sent by email or through the contact method provided on our website.

  2. Prepare the Product for Return
    The product may be opened and inspected but must be returned in good condition. Please ensure that all accessories, manuals, and included items are returned together with the product. Original packaging should be used where possible.

  3. Return the Product Within 14 Days
    After notifying us, you must send the product back within 14 days. The return should be securely packaged to avoid damage during transport. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking.

  4. Return Shipping Costs
    Unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  5. Refund Processing
    Once we have received and approved the return, a refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.

Important Information

These return instructions apply to consumer purchases made through distance selling and are based on the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen). Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen) are not affected.
